Our selection process in a nutshell!

All our candidates are first telephone interviewed. They are then directed to our step by step website registration process as we have an online registration facility. After being short listed they are invited for an interview. After a face to face interview where their needs and expectations are discussed, they are appropriately tested and referenced checked. Our selection process is a strict process that is followed through with all candidates.
